A progressive and safe tumbling program for athletes 5-17 years
Tumbling is a non-competitive program that has been developed for children from 5 to 17 years, who want to become strong and confident tumblers on the floor and trampoline, without a high level of time commitment.
Some athletes use this program to supplement other sports such as acrobatics, cheerleading, dance or gymnastics, while others use it to maintain fitness and develop new skills after retiring from a gymnastics or acrobatics program. Athletes safely and progressively learn skills like walkovers, aerials, handsprings, back saults, twisting and tumbling connections. Split into intermediate and advanced classes, qualified coaches work with athletes to set individual goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
Tumblers as young as 5 are welcome to participate and develop their skills, then progress through to the intermediate or advanced classes.
