Why Parents Love Skylark Parties

What’s Included
- 1 hour of gymnastics, ninja, or combo-style activities (your choice)
- 30 minutes in the party room to eat, sing, and celebrate
- Activities tailored for under 5s or over 5s
- Skylark party host and coaches to run the show
- A small memento for every guest to remember us by
Pricing
- $360 for up to 12 children (minimum booking)
- $25 per additional child
- $100 deposit at time of booking
- Skylark Members – the Birthday child participates for FREE
- Final payment due Friday before the week party, based on confirmed numbers
When & Where
- Lynbrook Parties on Saturday – 3:00-4:30pm
- Mount Waverley Parties on Sunday – 2:00-3:30pm
- One party per day, so all eyes on your child
Safety & Supervision
- As part of our legal and safety requirements we need to a record the name and a parent/guardian contact for every child attending a Skylark party.
- Parents will need to ‘check-in’ their child when they drop them off

Need to change the party date or cancel?
We understand that plans can change. This policy is designed to be fair to families and our team, while allowing us to prepare and staff your event effectively.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 21 or more days’ notice before the party date – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
- 20 days or less notice – No refund will be given.
Rescheduling Due to Serious Illness or Injury
If a serious illness or injury means your party cannot go ahead, you may choose:
- A free reschedule within 3 months of the original date, or
- A $100 credit on your Skylark account to use for regular classes.
Additional Notes
- All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- If Skylark must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a new party date.
