Our tumbling classes are professionally designed gymnastic activities to cater for all kids' levels of skills, pushing their limits and finding out what their body is truly capable of.Â
Gymnastics that involves tumbling don't need any equipment or accessories to perform! It is an exhibition of acrobatic manoeuvres performed unaided on floor mats, including rolls, twists, somersaults, and even handsprings. After enough practice, students can even learn to jump and flip. Tumbling is a fantastic method to get kids in Box Hill moving and help them develop their strength and endurance.Â
At Skylark Sports, we are focused on taking responsibility for your kid's learning and development. Our non-competitive weekly tumbling class is intended for kids who wish to increase their tumbling abilities without putting in a lot of work. Classes emphasise developing fundamental tumbling abilities with confidence before moving on to more difficult forward and backwards rotation techniques.
The coaches are all friendly and fun, staff helpful. You put kids first before high performance or achieving the best gymnastics results.

Staff are great: coaches, admin, etc. They know our kids. Our kids love it and are growing stronger and more capable. It's not a pressured environment but it is skills focussed and extends where appropriate.
I always feel so welcome. All the staff are great. My children feel really comfortable, as do I. The facility is clean and bright. And the coach to child ratio is great. My child is well looked after and encouraged to have fun in a calm and happy environment. There is no pressure on them and they are always eager to go.
