At Skylark Sports, we help your kids discover the inner gymnast in them. Our tumbling class program is professionally designed to build flexibility and strength among your kids, beginner to advance, enhancing their capacity to be ready for whatever the future will bring them. Guided by our qualified coaches, we will work with your young athlete to set individual goals and establish a plan to achieve them.Â
Tumbling is a fantastic method to get your kid moving and help them develop their strength and endurance. It is one of the finest exercises for children, strengthening their bones, increasing their endurance, and enhancing their general cognitive functioning, which is particularly important for the younger age groups. Children who participate in tumbling have better lives and become healthy adults.Â
At Skylark Sports, our tumbling program is a fantastic method to help your kids develop critical social skills like patience, responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and many more. Children may learn to follow instructions while having fun at the same time through tumbling. Going through the movements of the obstacle course is much more than simply a tumbling lesson.Â
Teaching skill sets which will apply to future activities/sports. Focus on technique. Boys can attend same class as girls which means more choice of classes (i.e. boys are not stuck to Friday evenings!)
Caring, friendly and well trained coaches.
I love that there’s no cap on make up classes. And the portal is very easy to use.
My child is excited to attend each class, the instructors are AMAZING!! I love the app to mark absences and book make ups. Mt Wav location is clean, bright and fun. We love the skills (physical, verbal, teamwork, confidence) my child is developing
It is clear the staff all care about the children’s wellbeing and development
The coaches seem to really care about the kids, and have a good handle on child development, child psychology and consent. I've been really impressed with how they've handled my younger child's extreme shyness early on, and my older child's ADHD, and gender diversity.
