Ninja is a combination of parkour, gymnastics, trampolining, and ninja training meant to provide energetic kids aged 5 to 17 years old a safe and caring environment where they may improve their physical talents as well as develop self-discipline, respect, and character. I love the range of classes that they have. My son didn't know what sport to do but when he came across Ninja skills he was sold. The staff are very friendly and helpful (both the coaches and reception staff). It's great how trial classes and make up are offered. It's such a fun place for the kids while they're being taught skills by professional coaches.
