We prepare the kids for Skylark Sports so they may gain confidence, become more flexible, improve coordination, get fit, and have a lot of fun. Being flexible is necessary to be a ninja!
Our Ninja Kids stretch before sessions for safety and after classes to increase their range of motion since coaches are educated in gymnastics-based stretching.
At our Lynbrook facility, children have the chance to acquire new abilities and advance at their own pace with the help of the Skylark Sports ninja classes coaching staff, who focus on both individual and team-based skills. When one of our Ninja Kids masters a new ability or set of obstacles we enjoy seeing the pride on their face. Ninja classes help increase a childs flexibility and coordination, as well as building strong social skills and general well being.
My daughter loves kinder gym at Skylark. She started at the beginning of this year and she is enjoying learning new gymnastics skills. We tried our first online class this morning, which was also fun.
The classes are well organised and the coaches take the time to give feedback and ideas for practice at home. I am really pleased with the quality of the program.
The coaches really know how to engage preschool children.. this is super important. I also like how it teaches essential skills preschoolers should learn which I also like. I love that they break up into small groups so each child can get attention
My son loves it. There is nothing else like it in the area and having fantastic male and female role models is great for sll children
All children are embraced at Skylark. It is a safe space where my children can be themselves and get their bodies moving at the same time.
The coaches and staff are approachable and friendly. The place is clean and always has different activities setup each week to further develop skills but also keeping each class exciting and challenging. It’s great that makeup classes are offered aswell.
I like it when coaches give insightful feedback, and that there’s a time between the classes to do so. Training times suit us well. My child is really connecting to all the coaches, including Jaz who showed tremendous sensitivity to my child’s needs. I love that children come first at Skylark and that there’s always an understanding that everyone should be heard. I love all the customer service team!!
