The staff are amazing. They connect with the students and are so patient, nurturing and kind.
I always feel so welcome. All the staff are great. My children feel really comfortable, as do I. The facility is clean and bright. And the coach to child ratio is great. My child is well looked after and encouraged to have fun in a calm and happy environment. There is no pressure on them and they are always eager to go.
Definitely the growth mindset but I also believe gymnastics is a sport that helps kids move better which translate to better focus on the class room!

Skylark Sports makes sport fun, and my child is excited and happy to go every week. They maintain a sense of continuity even when there is a change in coaches. Skylark sports maintain a sense of community and 'togetherness' even during the extended lockdowns, which stood out in comparison with other organisations.
Since our 4yr old has been going to Skylarks Mount Waverley we have seen dramatic improvements in a variety of areas. We have seen her muscles get stronger over time along with her cardio fitness as well as her balance and posture. More importantly to us, we have seen improvements in her ability to listen and carry out instructions, work with other children, take turns and be able to express herself with clear communication.
It has been excellent preparation for primary school by having her interact with coaches and peers that she did not previously know through childcare or kinder. We were also very fortunate to have ongoing support from Skylarks in regards to our daughters potential ASD diagnosis. The staff at Skylarks Mount Waverley work with children of various abilities and are very experienced at helping children and their families navigate through challenges that can arise.

Skylark Sports has one of the great gymnastics facilities I've seen. It is very spacious and even lets parents/guardians sit to watch their kid's progress, which is very important for me. The coaches are skillful and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and professional. It is easy to book for make up classes. And most of all, my daughter enjoys and loves doing gymnastics at Skylark Sports.
My child is excited to attend each class, the instructors are AMAZING!! I love the app to mark absences and book make ups. Mt Wav location is clean, bright and fun. We love the skills (physical, verbal, teamwork, confidence) my child is developing
