At Skylark Sports, we believe that starting to get healthy knows no age. Our Baby gym courses are a wonderful opportunity to develop a close relationship with your kid while learning exercises that support mobility, social connection, muscular bodies, powerful vestibular system stimulation, and much more. The gymnastics for babies taught by our certified coaches lay a solid basis for the young children's formative years by introducing them to chances for movement and sensory stimulation that will affect their ability to move later in life.

Our Baby gym courses focus on providing a secure setting for satisfying developmental goals, promoting some moderate risk-taking, gaining help or support with milestones like rolling, sitting, or crawling, and most importantly, giving them and caregivers some social time.

Our sessions at BabyGym have been created to excite your child's whole brain, body, and confidence by learning and doing new things. Baby Gym is a crucial fundamental activity for your baby's growth, preparing them for all future challenges they might face.
My son loves the Ninja class at Skylark Lynbrook. Venue is well equipped and the teachers are great with kids. Highly recommend.
The coaches really know how to engage preschool children.. this is super important. I also like how it teaches essential skills preschoolers should learn which I also like. I love that they break up into small groups so each child can get attention
Skylark Sports has one of the great gymnastics facilities I've seen. It is very spacious and even lets parents/guardians sit to watch their kid's progress, which is very important for me. The coaches are skillful and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and professional. It is easy to book for make up classes. And most of all, my daughter enjoys and loves doing gymnastics at Skylark Sports.
We have been a part of the Skylark family from it’s early beginnings. My kids love Skylark and it has helped them grow in many ways, from physically mastering techniques, helping them develop confidence and new friendships, fitness and fun and always with a growth mindset attitude. I have always found the staff to be so kind, helpful and most of all encouraging and fun for the kids.
For a child that is extremely introverted and finds it challenging to let go of us, all the staff have been very supportive of us and her showing so much compassion and understanding. It is such a beautiful and encouraging environment and she always leaves with such a big smile in her face and feeling so proud of her achievements.
