At Skylark Sports, you can look forwards to a thrilling, enjoyable, and play-based baby gymnastics programme. We focus more on movement, which includes sitting, crawling, standing, cruising, walking, jumping, and rolling, because to all the sensory delight. By exposing young children to movement and sensory experiences that will impact their capacity to move later in life, the BabyGym sessions, given by our professional coaches, build a strong foundation for their formative years.
At Skylark Sports, we prioritise offering young children the greatest start to an active and fulfilling life. Our Baby Gym lessons emphasise engaging in energetic, peppy, and entertaining gymnastics activities. The lessons enhance your baby's social skills and physical capabilities, such as balance, agility, and coordination.
My daughter loves attending, I can see takes in the information and feel that she's challenged in a positive way to be physically active. She's made fantastic friends. I love the 'no pressure' fun aspect of Skylark - that she doesn't have to be at competition level.
Teaching skill sets which will apply to future activities/sports. Focus on technique. Boys can attend same class as girls which means more choice of classes (i.e. boys are not stuck to Friday evenings!)
