Skylark Sports provides tumbling courses that include acrobatic routines to get your child moving and help them improve strength and stamina while still young. Tumbling is a non-competitive programme designed for athletes ages 9 to 17 who wish to become strong and confident tumblers on the floor and trampoline without wasting time. Each lesson focuses on improving basic tumbling skills with confidence before progressing to harder forwards and backwards rotation methods. Guided by our expert gym coaches, we make each session fun while learning in a safe and secure environment.

Athletes who can successfully do a cartwheel, handstand, and backward roll should enrol in our intermediate tumbling class. Our advanced class is open to athletes who can do a front handspring, a front sault, and a round-off back handspring on the ground or a trampoline.Â
For a child that is extremely introverted and finds it challenging to let go of us, all the staff have been very supportive of us and her showing so much compassion and understanding. It is such a beautiful and encouraging environment and she always leaves with such a big smile in her face and feeling so proud of her achievements.
